A study into the performance of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) when faced with radar-guided surface-to-air missile (SAM) systems has concluded that this may not be viable unless measures are taken to improve platform survivability.

Este nuevo material, el arseniuro de cadmio, se puede manipular de una forma más sencilla que el grafeno gracias a su estructura tridimensional y además tiene las mismas propiedades conductoras del grafeno.
"Ahora más y más gente se da cuenta del potencial en la ciencia y en la tecnología de este particular material. Este interés creciente se traducirá en un rápido avance en el sector -incluida su explotación en dispositivos funcionales y en la búsqueda de nuevos materiales", declaró el investigador de la Universidad de Oxford Yulin Chen.
