La operación ha tenido como objetivo estratégico impulsar el crecimiento de la Compañía mediante cuatro ejes fundamentales: la expansión internacional en mercados clave como Estados Unidos y China, el desarrollo de sus unidades de negocio de robótica inteligente e industria aeroespacial y de defensa, así como el fortalecimiento del área de I+D para la diversificación hacia nuevos sectores.

La estrategia de la Compañía cuenta con el respaldo de los accionistas principales, que han mostrado una vez más su plena confianza en el rumbo de Airtificial Group.

En esta ampliación de capital, los asesores de Airtificial han sido EBN y GVC, que han participado como banco agente y banco colocador, en el proceso de venta de acciones.

En los últimos meses, Airtificial ha firmado contratos muy significativos en sus unidades de negocio de Intelligent Robots y Aerospace & Defense. En el ámbito de la robótica inteligente, la Compañía ha alcanzado este año el hito de los más de 700 acuerdos estratégicos firmados con empresas internacionales del sector de automoción. Entre otros destacan el cerrado este mes de diciembre con un Tier-1 alemán muy importante por más de 9 millones de euros, y dos contratos más con los Tier-1 líderes en vehículos eléctricos estadounidense y chino, para desarrollar lineales inteligentes de montaje industrial en series largas.

En el sector aeroespacial y de defensa, Airtificial ha cerrado acuerdos para la fabricación de estructuras de composites, de sistemas electrónicos aéreos críticos para la seguridad y sticks de vuelo para cazas de combate, como los del contrato anunciado el pasado 30 de octubre con Turkish Aerospace Industries (TAI).

 

La ampliación de capital cerrada hoy forma parte de la hoja de ruta de Airtificial para consolidar su crecimiento y reforzar su posicionamiento en el mercado global como Tier-2 de referencia en desarrollo de sistemas y tecnología inteligente B2B para los sectores de defensa, automoción, aeronáutico y obra civil.
