SPEEA says Boeing should rethink 787 outsourcing

In a Dec. 2 meeting, the executive board of the Society of Professional Engineering Employees in Aerospace (SPEEA) has called on Boeing to take advantage of “the latest 787 delay” to rethink its outsourcing model.
